CNC Punching

Our turret machine has a variety of tooling options allowing it to be programmed to the exact specifications of your product.

The capabilities of this machine are not limited to square and round shapes it can also produce intricated designs and form profiles.

CNC Laser

Laser technology is much more powerful than conventional punching and stamping. This method of cutting is extremely fast, accurate and eliminates the need for expensive tooling.

CNC Bender

Our sheet metal forming machines combined with our skilled operators guarantee precision sheet metal folding and maximum production efficiency. We have a vast array of tooling on hand that can produce small intricate components, radius corners or crush folds.

Pressed Fixtures

Mpire Fabrications Auto-Sert Press is an hydraulically-powered press capable of installing most major brands of self-clinching nuts, studs, and standoffs into flat or preformed sheet metal components.

Welding / Spot Welding

Mpire Fabrication is equipped for welding and resistance spot welding ferrous and non –ferrous materials. Our range of welding capabilities consists of mig, tig, stick welding and braze welding from a thickness of 0.5mm through to 10mm thick plate materials. Our skilled trades people will deliver quality workmanship to your requirnment.

Powder Coating

Mpire Fabrication works with a variety of surface finish sub contractors who have many years’ experience within the industry. We can offer quality finishes which meet Australian Standards.

CNC Machining

Mpire Fabrication sub contract to a long established family business in Sydney who supply quality custom components, or high volume repeat runs. These services include machining and milling on precision multi-axis CNC Lathes and final finishes such as heat treating and plating.

Assembly

Mpire fabrication are experience in assembling various components and products, we are not only restricted to metal work but also has experience with projects involving other composite materials such as Alucobond®, Alucore®,  Dibond® and timber integrated into our assembly works. Although these materials are not processed in-house the components are designed in-house with the outside processing meticulously project managed ensuring a quality finish equal to our sheet metal works.
